The Lofts at Brentwood

The Lofts at Brentwood is a 70-unit apartment community that opened to residents in the summer of 2020. Situated on the Bell Road stretch of Old Hickory Boulevard, just east of Brentwood town center, it offers convenient access to the shops and dining in Brentwood, as well as an 18-minute commute to downtown Nashville.

This community also introduced the first iteration of the Crews co-working space, enabling residents to lease workspace within their community while enjoying a distraction-free alternative to working from their living room.
